We begin every collaboration with a conversation to understand you, your enterprise, and your objectives. You can reach out directly via email or schedule a complimentary discovery call to explore your concepts and ask any questions.

Once we map out the details of your project, we will provide a custom quote along with a clear list of everything that is included. When you are ready to move forward, we will send over a contract and a deposit invoice to lock in your spot on our schedule.

We walk you through a simple briefing process to establish your direction, covering brand values, target audience, design aesthetic, and tone of voice. This sets the foundation for our work together and ensures we are fully aligned from day one.

This is where our creative work comes to life. We dive into sketching, designing, and refining your visuals, from brand identities and website layouts to packaging and bespoke illustrations. You will then receive a curated presentation of our initial concepts, complete with strategic rationale and creative direction.

Every design project includes two rounds of revisions, giving you the opportunity to request adjustments and ensure everything feels just right. Should you require additional rounds, we can accommodate them at an agreed hourly rate, and we will always notify you beforehand before proceeding with any extra work.

Upon final approval, we package all your assets ready for print, digital platforms, or development. You receive everything required to launch with confidence, including organised logos, complete brand guidelines, design elements, or comprehensive website handover documentation.

→ About JulieHi, I am Julie, a brand designer, artist, and the founder behind Studio Brondino. For over 15 years, I have helped entrepreneurs, creative businesses, and conscious brands transform their visions into tangible, deeply resonant identities.
My journey with design is shaped by a lifelong obsession with visual storytelling. Having lived and worked across different creative landscapes [from the sunlit textures of Aix-en-Provence, France, to the coastal energy of Newcastle, Australia], my aesthetic has always been rooted in a blend of European refinement and organic, tactile warmth.
I founded Studio Brondino out of a desire to cut through the noise of generic templates and automated branding. I saw too many passionate business owners struggling to communicate their true value because their visual identity didn't reflect the depth of their work. I wanted to build a space where brand systems, custom logos, packaging, and hand-drawn illustrations are crafted with intentionality and soul.

When I am not deep in a brand strategy or sketching custom typography, you can usually find me in the studio making art, drawing inspiration from nature, or enjoying life by the coast here in Newcastle.
